Finance and Accounting
Mendy is a lifelong resident of Union County, and a graduate of Union County High School. She has worked in accounting for over 25 years. She worked at Fresh Point North Florida for 18 years before starting work at Shadd Trucking. She has been with Shadd Trucking since 2011, and continues to excel in her work. She is also a member of First Baptist Church of Lake Butler, where she actively serves in the women’s ministry. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, and participating in their school/extracurricular activities.
